Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - L.P.S. in Education. Category No: 641/2022 to 644/2022. Vacancies: District-wise (Alappuzha - SC: 2, Thrissur - SC: 2, Kasaragod - SC: 10, Kasaragod - ST: 2, Kozhikode - SCCV: 1, Kozhikode - Dheevara: 1). Scale of Pay: ₹ 35600-75400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from the members of respective reserved communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible. For ST candidates: 18-45 (born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004). Age relaxations apply as per rules. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) Course of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR SSLC Examination of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala, with Arabic as First Language under Part I and Part II. • OR SSLC equivalent examination with any of the following additional qualifications: (i) Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination, (ii) Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination, (iii) Arabic Teachers Examination, (iv) Entrance Examination of the University of Kerala or Calicut. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET-IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders to be produced if required.
