Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Laboratory Technician Grade-II / Laboratory Assistant Grade-II in Animal Husbandry. Category No: 638/2021. Vacancies: District-wise: Wayanad - 1 (Scheduled Caste). Scale of Pay: 20,000-45,800/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among Scheduled Caste candidates of Kerala State only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 19-01-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or equivalent examination Technical Qualifications: • Laboratory Technician Course from any Medical College or Government recognized institution or Kerala Agricultural University • Livestock Inspector Training Course and Laboratory Technician training from Kerala Agricultural University • Diploma in Laboratory Technician course from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (South India) after 1.5 years of study • 2 years Laboratory Technician course conducted by Karnataka State Council of Vocational Education • 1 year Laboratory Technician course conducted by Dean, Madras Veterinary College • Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in Laboratory Technician • Pre-University Diploma in Laboratory Technician trade (HE 1-01) from Karnataka Government State Council of Vocational Education • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from Punjab State Medical Faculty Experience Required: For Army trade: 15 years experience as Laboratory Assistant Class 1 with Armed Forces Medical College Class 1 Lab Assistant qualification OR 16 years experience as Laboratory Assistant Class 1 in Army trade for Ex-servicemen. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce Government Order at the time of One Time Verification.
