Age limit

20-44. Candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Employees of Technical Education, Public Works, Public Health Engineering, Industries, Architecture and Town Planning departments are eligible for age relaxation up to 50 years as of 01.01.2023. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch from a recognized University with not less than 60% marks in the final qualifying examination or in the aggregate. Experience Required: None mentioned Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part-II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must read the general conditions in Part II of the Gazette notification. Probation period is 2 years of duty within a continuous period of 3 years. Defense service liability applies for 10 years in the first 10 years of service.
