Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Plus Two/Pre-Degree with Science subjects or VHSE in Science subjects or equivalent qualification from a recognized University • B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery course of not less than 3 years duration from a Government recognized institution Technical Qualifications: • Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Midwife (for women) or Nurse (for men) Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Higher qualifications are accepted if they are recognized by the Government as equivalent to the prescribed qualification.
