Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Plus Two/Pre-Degree course with Science subjects or VHSE in Science subjects or equivalent qualification • B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery course of not less than 3 years duration from a Government recognized institution Technical Qualifications: • Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (as Nurse and Midwife for women, as Nurse for men) Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Higher qualifications are accepted if they are recognized by the Government as equivalent to the prescribed qualification.
