Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Business Management/Master of Personnel Management degree or any other equivalent qualification recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. Experience Required: 3 years experience in Personnel Management in a reputed concern after acquiring the qualification. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II-Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable.

As per Rule 184 of KCS, persons appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years from the date of entering service. General conditions regarding application fee, etc., may vary as specified.
