Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in VHSE in Livestock Management • In the absence of persons possessing qualification in item (i) above, a pass in SSLC or equivalent Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Each trainee will have to produce a certificate (in original) of physical fitness from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable for selection to the post. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must be departmental candidates from the Animal Husbandry Department. Selected candidates must undergo Stockman/Livestock Inspector training. A bond must be executed to serve the Government of Kerala for a minimum of 5 years. Separate ranked lists will be prepared for each district. Applications should not be sent to more than one district.
