Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Sociology, Social Work, or Social Science from a recognized university • Degree in any subject from a recognized university AND a Diploma in Social Work from a recognized university or an institution recognized by the Government of Kerala Experience Required: None mentioned Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Equivalent qualification admitted in the previous selection. As per G.O.(M.S)NO.526/PD dated 17.07.1965, degrees/diplomas awarded by universities established by Act of Parliament/State Legislature or recognized by UGC are acceptable.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must adhere to Part II of KS&SSR. Probation period is 2 years within a continuous period of 3 years. In-service training of 3 months under the Chief Probation Superintendent is mandatory.
