Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher Physics in Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 577/2022. Vacancies: 02 (Two). Scale of Pay: ₹ 55200-115300/-. Method of Appointment: By Transfer (from qualified LP School Assistants / UP School Assistants in the General Education Subordinate Service). Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with not less than 50% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. • Degree in B.Ed. in the relevant subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the relevant subject, B.Ed. Degree acquired in the concerned Faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree specified in items (i) and (ii) above, B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorized by the Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Reservation conditions under rules 14 to 17 of Part II, KS&SSR, 1958 are not applicable to this selection. Candidates appointed to the post shall be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
