Educational Qualifications: • M.Sc Nursing from any university recognized by Kerala Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council Technical Qualifications: • Permanent registration with Nursing Council (Those who do not have registration with Kerala Nursing Council can apply, but must obtain it before appointment) Experience Required: Must have not less than one year of active service as an in-service candidate Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Higher qualifications and equivalent qualifications recognized by the government are acceptable.

Candidates must be in-service candidates in the Nursing College or Health Services Department as Nursing Superintendent/Sister Tutor/Head Nurse/Staff Nurse. Candidates must produce a Service Certificate from the Head of Office/Department when required. Selection is based on merit. Candidates must provide confirmation for exams if required.
