General conditions from the notification
Candidates selected for direct recruitment must undergo a six-month pre-service training course at Ollukkara or Taliparamba. They must pass tests (theory, practical, oral) conducted by the Deputy Director of Agriculture in their respective districts. Failure to pass results in termination of probation. A bond must be executed to refund training expenses if the candidate leaves service within two years of training.
