Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Women Police Constable (Armed Police Battalion) in Police. Category No: 526/2016. Vacancies: 1 (Community wise - OX). Scale of Pay: Rs. 22,200 – 48,000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment from candidates belonging to the OX community only. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2017 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Minimum height of 152 cm. Must possess specified visual standards (Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen for both eyes) without glasses. Must be free from physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular/protruding tooth, defective speech/hearing. Must qualify in any five out of eight events of the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable.

Candidates must follow Part II of the KS&SSR. Applications submitted in other modes will be rejected. No application fee is required. Candidates must produce a medical certificate in the prescribed form at the time of physical efficiency test.
