Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Teacher (Mathematics) (Malayalam Medium) in Education. Category No: 504/2020. Vacancies: District wise: Malappuram - 7 (Seven), Palakkad - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 29200-62400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-02-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2002 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. [Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of General Conditions]. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Bachelors Degree with Mathematics or Statistics as Main Subject and B.Ed/B.T in the concerned subjects conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Post Graduates in Mathematics/Statistics with B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject will also be considered. • Diploma in Rural Service awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education will also be treated as equivalent to Degree. • B.Sc Ed in Physics – Chemistry – Mathematics stream conducted by the Regional Institute of Education Mysore of NCERT. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in the respective subjects and M.Ed. in any subject are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for the post. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification.
