Who can apply

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or equivalent qualification • Degree in Sanskrit conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala • Title of Oriental Learning in Sanskrit awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala • Oriental School Leaving Certificate in Sanskrit issued by the Government of Kerala • Pass in Preliminary Examination in Sanskrit conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala • Pass in Pre-University or Pre-Degree Examination in Sanskrit from a Sanskrit College under the Universities in Kerala • Pass in Sanskrit Teacher Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala • Pass in Pre-Degree Examination with Sanskrit (Sahithya) and Sanskrit (Sasthra) as optional subjects from Arts and Science Colleges under the Universities in Kerala • Pass in Plus 2 Course with Sanskrit (Sahithya), Sanskrit (Sasthra), History, and Economics as combinations conducted by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemption: Candidates who have acquired CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed are exempted from the TET requirement. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable for this post.
