Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - LPS in Education. Category No: 487/2023. Vacancies: Kannur - Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 35600-75400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among Scheduled Tribe candidates only. If no ST candidates are available, applications of Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates will also be considered).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-12-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR SSLC Examination of the Kerala Government Examination Commissioner with Arabic as First Language (First Paper and Second Paper) passed. • OR SSLC or its equivalent examination and possessing any of the following qualifications: 1. Munshi (Higher) Examination of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 2. Munshi (Lower) Examination of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 3. Arabic Teacher's Examination. 4. Entrance Examination to Arabic Universities/Colleges like University of Kerala or Calicut. • BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency of qualifications shall be proved by government orders produced at the time of verification.
