General conditions from the notification
The selection is on district-wise basis for Idukki district. Rules 14 to 17 of Part II of KS&SSR 1958 are not applicable. Candidates must be approved probationers/full members of the Subordinate Services. Temporary/provisional employees are not eligible. A competitive test will be conducted; 40% marks required to be included in the ranked list.
