Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MBA/MSW with specialisation in HR management/PG Diploma in Personnel Management (Candidates with LLB preferred) Experience Required: 1. Applicants having three (3) years of regular service in any post in member societies affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) as on the date of application and appointment. 2. 10 years experience in Managerial cadre in Personnel and Administration department of a commercial undertaking of repute. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient.
