Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Caretaker (Female) in Women and Child Development. Category No: 46/2025. Vacancies: Hindu Nadar - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 27,900 – 63,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From female candidates belonging to the Hindu Nadar Community only).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-06-2025 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-39. Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • PDC or Plus Two or equivalent Experience Required: One year experience as a Care giver in any of the child care institutions recognised by the Kerala State Orphanage Control Board under Social Justice Department (One year experience as Caretaker in any of the child care institution recognised by the Social Justice Department / Women and Child Development Department will also be accepted) Physical Standards: Should possess good physique. Candidates shall produce a Medical Certificate in the form appended, obtained from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS & SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent shall also be sufficient.
