Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver in Apex Societies of Co-operative Sector in Kerala. Category No: 456/2023. Vacancies: OBC - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 8825-25075/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From OBC candidates only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 29-11-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in 7th Standard (New) or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess current 3 years experience in Motor Driving License (LDV License) and Driver Badge. (The Driving License must be valid at all stages of selection, i.e., Last date of receipt of application, Written Test, Practical Test, Interview date, and Appointment date). • Proficiency in driving light duty vehicles (to be proved in practical test). Experience Required: 3 years experience in Motor Driving License (LDV License) and Driver Badge. Physical Standards: Medical Fitness: (i) Ear: Hearing power should be perfect. (ii) Eye: Both eyes should have Distant Vision - 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision - 0.5 Snellen, Colour Vision - Normal, Night Blindness - Should not have. (iii) Muscles and Joints: No paralysis and all joints with free movements. (iv) Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
The selection to the post will be statewide. The probation period shall be two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. General conditions regarding application, confirmation, OMR/Online examinations are applicable.
