Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Manager in Kerala Forest Development Corporation Limited. Category No: 438/2016. Vacancies: 5 (Five). Age limit

18-36, Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.1998 (both dates included) are eligible to apply with usual relaxation to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. Provisional hands working in the concern are given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service up to a maximum of five years from the upper age limit. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • B.Sc (Forestry) Or B.Tech Forestry from a recognized University. Experience Required: None mentioned Physical Standards: Height: 167 cm (160 cm for SC/ST). Chest: 81 cm with 5 cm expansion (76 cm with 5 cm expansion for SC/ST). Eye Sight: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen for both eyes without glasses. Must qualify in at least 5 out of 8 items of National Physical Efficiency one star standard tests. Candidates should have good physique and be free from physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, varicose veins, bow legs, deformed limbs, protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Part II Rule 10(a)ii of KS&SSR regarding qualification is applicable for this selection.
General conditions from the notification
Sub paras V, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XIII in para 2 and paras 5, 6 and 7 of the General conditions are not applicable to this post. Selection is subject to rules and regulations of the concern. Selected candidates should undergo physical training and training in forestry.
