Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher – Mathematics in Kerala Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 416/2022. Vacancies: 10 (Ten). Scale of Pay: ₹ 55200-115300/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-11-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20-45. Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). Upper age limit is relaxable up to 50 years in the absence of qualified hands. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. • B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject acquired through a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized by any of- the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. • In the absence of B.Ed. Degree holders in the concerned subject, B.Ed. Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala. • In the absence of the above, B.Ed. Degree acquired through a regular course of study in any subject from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. • M.Sc.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by the National Council for Education Research and Training (NCERT). Technical Qualifications: • Passing of State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or by any agency authorized by the Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency certificate/Government Order regarding equivalency shall be produced at the time of certificate verification.
