Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Veterinary Surgeon Gr.II in Animal Husbandry. Category No: 403/2024 & 404/2024. Vacancies: Category No. 403/2024 (SCCC): 1 (One), Category No. 404/2024 (ST): 7 (Seven). Scale of Pay: ₹ 55,200-1,15,300. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities). Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-12-2024 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

a) SCCC: 18-42. Only candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible. Members belonging to SC who converted to Christianity after attaining adulthood and their children: up to 44 years (born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2006). b) ST: 18-44. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included). Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Veterinary Science. Technical Qualifications: • Registration with the Kerala State Veterinary Council as envisaged in the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984). • Working knowledge in Malayalam. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Equivalent qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government are accepted.
