Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Surgeon / Casualty Medical Officer in Health Services Department. Category No: 401/2024. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe - 2 (Two). Scale of Pay: ₹ 63,700-1,23,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment from candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe Community. (In the absence of qualified Scheduled Tribe candidates application of Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered.). Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-12-2024 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-47. Only candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (including the age relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Modern Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess Valid Registration with Travancore Cochin Medical Council. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to the qualifications specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.

Direct Recruitment from candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe Community. (In the absence of qualified Scheduled Tribe candidates application of Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered.)
