Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Microbiology in Medical Education. Category No: 395/2024. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: As per UGC norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe Community. But the applications of Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered in the absence of Scheduled Tribe candidates.). Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-12-2024 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MD/DNB in Microbiology Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) / Council for Modern Medicine Experience Required: One Year Experience as Senior Resident in Microbiology in a NMC Recognized Medical College after acquiring Post Graduate Degree Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.

Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instructions given in the notification as Part II, General Conditions before submitting application. Applications not submitted in accordance with terms and conditions are liable to be rejected. Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure will be initiated for bogus claims.
