Kerala PSC has invited applications for Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - LPS in Education (Category No. 387/2020). Vacancies: District wise (Palakkad - 2); pay scale: 25200-54000/-; method of appointment: Direct Recruitment. Apply online through Kerala PSC One Time Registration by 03-02-2021.

Age limit

18-40. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2002 (Both dates included) with usual relaxation to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Pass in Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the Calicut University. • A Pass in Plus Two, Part III Arabic (Optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination in Kerala. • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala with Arabic under Part I and II first Language. • A pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent; and any one of the following qualifications: 1) A Pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examination, Kerala. 2) A Pass in Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 3) A Pass in Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 4) A Pass in Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala and Calicut Universities. • BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree awarded or recognised by Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K.TET) for the post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalence must produce Government orders to prove equivalency at the time of verification. CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/PhD/M.Ed in respective subjects are exempted from acquiring K-TET.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their OTR profile if a written/OMR/online test is conducted. Applications are subject to KS&SSR Part II rules. 3% reservation for Differently abled persons.
