Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Teacher (Arabic) - By Transfer in Education. Category No: 386/2020. Vacancies: District-wise: Thrissur - 02 (Two), Kannur - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 29200 - 62400/- (PR). Method of Appointment: By Transfer (from among regular/approved probationer employees working in General Education Department as Clerk, Typist, Attender, Office Attender, etc.). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-02-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic or a Degree with Arabic as one of the optional subjects under Part III and a B.Ed./B.T./L.T. conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala and Language Teacher's Training Certificate issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Must have put in not less than five years service as Clerk, Typist, Attender, Office Attender, etc. in the General Education Department on the last date of receipt of application. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency certificates shall be produced during verification.

Appointments are made from the ranked list prepared district-wise. Reservation conditions in Part II rules 14 to 17 of KS&SSR are not applicable for By Transfer recruitment. Candidates selected will not be allowed to transfer to another district for 5 years from the date of commencement of service.
