Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Lecturer in Assessment and Evaluation in General Education Department (DIET). Category No: 365/2022. Vacancies: 2 (Two). Scale of Pay: ₹ 55200 - 115300/-. Method of Appointment: By Transfer. Applications must be submitted online on or before 19-10-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in any Faculty viz. Humanities, Science, Commerce or Languages with not less than 50% marks from any of the Statutory Universities in India. • M.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks with specialization in Curriculum, Evaluation, Measurement and Evaluation, Curriculum Development and Transaction, Techniques of Evaluation, Tools and Techniques of Assessment, Basic Concept of Evaluation from any Statutory University in India OR M.Ed Degree in any subject with not less than 50% marks from any Statutory University in India along with Post Graduate Diploma or Diploma in any of the subjects mentioned above obtained from any Statutory University in India. Experience Required: Not less than 3 years regular teaching experience as Teacher Educator in Government Teacher Training Institutes or as Primary School Teacher or High School Teacher or Higher Secondary School Teacher or Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher in Government Schools in Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. UGC approved degrees/diplomas through regular/distance education are accepted as per G.O(M.S)No.526/PD dated 17/07/1965.
General conditions from the notification
The rules of reservation contained in Part II, Rules 14 to 17 of KS&SSR, 1958 are not applicable for By Transfer appointment. Probation period and service certificate requirements apply as per rules.
