Educational Qualifications: • M.D./D.N.B in Psychiatry Technical Qualifications: • One year Senior Residency in Psychiatry from an NMC recognized Medical College after Post Graduate degree Experience Required: One year Senior Residency in Psychiatry from an NMC recognized Medical College after Post Graduate degree Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. Permanent registration with Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) or Council of Modern Medicine is required.

Candidates must follow Part II KS&SSR general conditions. Candidates appointed must serve in the Armed Forces for 4 years (including training period) within the first 10 years of service, unless exempted (e.g., 45 years of age or physically disabled).
