Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Lecturer in Malayalam in General Education Department (DIET). Category No: 349/2022. Vacancies: 04 (Four). Scale of Pay: 55200 – 115300/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 19-10-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

22-40. Candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and other backward communities. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in Malayalam Language and Literature with not less than 50% marks from any Statutory University in India. • M.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks with specialization in Language Education or Methods of Teaching Malayalam from any Statutory University in India. • Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in the concerned subject/education, or National/State Level Eligibility Test (NET/SET), or M.Phil, or Ph.D. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Higher qualifications like Ph.D/M.Phil/Post Doctoral Fellowship in the concerned subject will be awarded additional marks as per the notification.

Candidates must confirm their candidature for the exam through their One Time Registration profile. Failure to do so will lead to rejection of application. Candidates must produce original documents when required by the Commission. Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure applies for false claims.
