Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Teacher (Mathematics) (Malayalam Medium) in Education. Category No: 328/2021. Vacancies: District wise: Scheduled Tribe – Palakkad - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 29200-62400/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community only). In the absence of candidates belonging to scheduled Tribe community, candidates belonging to scheduled caste community will be considered.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 22-09-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2003 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years including all relaxations. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree with Mathematics or Statistics as Main Subject and B.Ed/B.T in the concerned subjects conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Post Graduates in Mathematics/Statistics with B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject will also be considered. • Diploma in Rural Service awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education will also be treated as equivalent to Degree. • B.Sc Ed in Physics – Chemistry – Mathematics stream conducted by the Regional Institute of Education Mysore of NCERT. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in the respective subjects and M.Ed in any subject are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for the post. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification.

Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their OTR profile if a written/OMR/Online test is conducted.
