Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - L.P.S. in Education. Category No: 327/2023. Vacancies: Kozhikode - Scheduled Caste - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 25,100 - 57,900/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among Scheduled Caste candidates only. In the absence of Scheduled Caste candidates, applications of Scheduled Tribe candidates will be considered).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-11-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the Calicut University. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR A Pass in SSLC Examination with Arabic as First Language (Full Course) and Part I and Part II or Part I alone taken together, conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • OR A Pass in SSLC Examination or its equivalent conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala, and possessing any of the following qualifications: 1. Munshi(Higher) Examination, 2. Munshi(Lower) Examination, 3. Arabic Teachers Examination, 4. Entrance Examination of the Calicut or Kerala Universities. • BA Arabic & Islamic History Double Main Degree awarded or recognized by Universities in Kerala (G.O.(Ms) No.8/19/GEDN dated 14.01.2019). Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency subjects / higher qualifications with government orders to be produced when required.
