Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant in Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited (KSCARD Bank). Category No: 320/2025. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 16,580 – 55,005/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment from among the eligible employees belonging to Scheduled Tribe Community of the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-10-2025 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Graduation from a recognized University with JDC/HDC • Bcom with Co-Operation • B.Sc (Co Operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University Experience Required: Must have 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent shall also be sufficient.

General conditions from the notification
Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for continuous period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Para 2 and 5 of the General Conditions regarding recruitment by KPSC are not applicable to this post.
