Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in Pre-Degree / Plus Two course with Science subject with not less than 50% marks. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in the two years Diploma Course in Blood Bank Technology conducted by the Sree Chitra Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology / Medical Colleges / Health Services Department. Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to the prescribed qualification or which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification are sufficient.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must adhere to Part II of the KS&SSR. Probation period is two years of duty within a continuous period of three years. Applications with bogus claims are liable for disqualification and disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure.
