Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - L.P.S. in Education. Category No: 300/2022 - 301/2022. Vacancies: District-wise (Idukki - 01 [SC], Kasaragod - 01 [SC], Kozhikode - 01 [ST]). Scale of Pay: ₹ 25,100 - 57,900/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 31-08-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR Passed SSLC Examination with Arabic as First Language (First Paper and Second Paper) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • OR Passed SSLC Examination or its equivalent, and in addition, possessing any of the following qualifications: 1) Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination, 2) Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination, 3) Arabic Teachers Examination, 4) Admission Test conducted by the Kerala or Calicut Universities. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. BA Arabic & Islamic History (Double Main) Degree recognized by Universities in Kerala is also considered as a qualification.
