Age limit

18-36. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation is applicable to SC/ST/OBC candidates. For service personnel in the Technical Education Department, age relaxation is given equal to the length of service subject to a maximum of 10 years, and the upper age limit shall not in any case exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2021. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Diploma in Engineering / Technology in the concerned branch obtained after a regular study of not less than 3 years from a University or Government recognized Institution or equivalent qualification. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Government orders proving equivalency for qualifications claimed must be produced at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Rank list prepared shall cease to be in force after a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. 3% of vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Locomotor disability/Cerebral palsy, Hearing impairment, Low vision).
