Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Masters Degree in the subject concerned with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent and good academic record. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed a Comprehensive Test in the subject concerned specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government in this behalf. Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government Order at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must follow Part II of the Gazette Notification. 3% reservation for Differently Abled candidates. Ph.D holders are exempted from NET. Minimum 50% marks for Masters degree for SC/ST/OBC/Differently Abled candidates. Confirmation for examination is mandatory if a test is conducted.
