Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time High School Teacher (Arabic) in Education. Category No: 260/2025. Vacancies: District wise: Kannur - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 26,500-60,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From Candidates belonging to Dheevara community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-09-2025 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arabic or a Degree with Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET, Category III) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. Degrees/Diplomas awarded by UGC approved Universities or Institutions established through an act passed by Parliament/State Legislative Assembly in accordance with the conditions laid down in G.O.(M.S) No.526/PD dated 17.07.1965 are acceptable.

Candidates must acquaint themselves with the instructions in Part II of the General Conditions. Applications not submitted in accordance with terms and conditions are liable to be rejected. Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure 1976 will be initiated for bogus claims.
