Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Lecturer in Civil Engineering in Technical Education (Government Polytechnics). Category No: 251/2022. Vacancies: 02 (Two). Scale of Pay: AICTE Scale. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 31-08-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20-39. Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1983 and 01.02.2002 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and Other Backward Communities. Employees from Technical Education, Public Works, Public Health Engineering, Industries, Architecture and Town Planning departments are eligible with age relaxation up to the length of service, subject to a maximum upper age limit of 50 years as on 01.01.2022. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • First Class Bachelors Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from a recognized University after a regular course of study. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. Equivalency orders for qualifications claimed should be produced at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
3% of vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Low Vision, Hearing Impairment). Selected candidates may be required to serve in the Defence Department for up to 4 years if required, subject to conditions. Confirmation (One Time Verification) is mandatory before written/online examinations.
