Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Junior Public Health Nurse Gr II in Health Services. Category No: 246/2025. Vacancies: District – wise (Kannur: 1 (One)). Scale of Pay: ₹ 31,100-66,800/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Muslim Community of Kerala State only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-09-2025 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-44, i.e., candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C. Technical Qualifications: • Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (Revised Course of 18 months durations) issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. • OR Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate/Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (Revised Course) issued by an authority recognized by the Indian Nursing Council • OR Health Workers Training Certificate issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. • Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable. In the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes, the general educational qualification will be relaxed as “Completed SSLC Course”, Subject to the condition that this relaxation will be allowed only to the extent necessary to fill up the quota reserved for Other Backward Classes in the absence of qualified candidates in the Other Backward Classes respectively.
