Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Panchakarma in Ayurveda Medical Education. Category No: 242/2021. Vacancies: Scheduled Caste – 01 (One). Scale of Pay: As per UGC Norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste Community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 18-08-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.2001 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post. Including relaxation in Part II, Para 2 (i) of General Conditions. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A post graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject from any of the Universities in Kerala or from any other Universities recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. • Post-graduate Degree in the concerned subject has been made compulsory for appointment by direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor. • If post-graduate holders of the subject is not available, post-graduate qualification prescribed by Central Council of Indian Medicine shall be admissible for that subject from time to time. Technical Qualifications: • Permanent 'A' class Registration with Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (Council of indigenous Medicine) Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of the verification. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

Every person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates must see the General Conditions in Part II of the Gazette Notification for instructions regarding Photo, ID Card, etc.
