Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - U.P.S. in Education. Category No: 237/2022. Vacancies: Districtwise - Ernakulam - Scheduled Caste (SC) - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 25,100 - 57,900/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among Scheduled Caste candidates only. In the absence of SC candidates, applications of Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will also be considered).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-07-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) Course of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR SSLC Examination with Arabic as First Language (Paper I and II) of the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • OR SSLC or its equivalent examination and any of the following qualifications: 1) Arabic Munshi Higher Examination, 2) Arabic Munshi Lower Examination, 3) Arabic Teachers Examination, 4) Entrance Examination of Kerala or Calicut University. Technical Qualifications: • Passing of Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: G.O.(Ms) No.8/19/G.Edn dated 14.01.2019 regarding BA Arabic & Islamic History Double Main degree as equivalent. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
