Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Staff Nurse Gr-II in Health Services. Category No: 234/2014. Vacancies: District wise: Kannur - Muslim - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 13900 - 24040/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Muslim community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 18-06-2014 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20-39. Only candidates born between 2.1.1975 and 1.1.1994 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Including the relaxation as per para 2 (i) of General Condition. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in plus Two/Pre-Degree (With Science Subject) Course/pass in VHSE (with Science Subjects)/VHSE in Domestic Nursing of a recognized University or its equivalent. • A pass in Bsc Nursing of a recognized University or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery Course having not less than 3 years duration from any institution recognized by Government. Technical Qualifications: • Certificate of Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and midwife, in the case of woman candidates and as Nurse in the case of male candidates. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: As per notification

The selection is made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post. For other conditions, see Part II of the General Conditions.
