Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree (MD) in the concerned subject from a recognized university or DNB in the concerned subject. Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration with State Medical Council (Travancore-Cochin Medical Council). Experience Required: Three years of teaching experience or other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must serve in the Armed Forces or related jobs in India or abroad for the first 10 years (including training period) for a period of 4 years. This is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age or those with disabilities. Residency program duration is counted as teaching experience.
