Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - L.P.S. in Education. Category No: 217/2023. Vacancies: District-wise - Ernakulam - 01 (One) (NCA Notification). Scale of Pay: ₹ 35600-75400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from among Scheduled Caste (SC) communities of Kerala only). If no candidate is available from SC, applications from Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will be considered.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-09-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • OR Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. • OR SSLC Examination of the Government of Kerala with Arabic as First Language (Paper I and Paper II). • OR A pass in SSLC Examination or its equivalent and possessing any of the following qualifications: 1. Arabic Munshi (Higher) Examination, 2. Arabic Munshi (Lower) Examination, 3. Arabic Teachers Examination, 4. Examination in Arabic Entrance passed by the Universities of Kerala or Calicut. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree recognized by Universities in Kerala as per G.O.(Rt) No. 8/19/G.Edn dated 14.01.2019 is also a prescribed qualification. Exemption from K-TET applies for holders of M.Ed, Ph.D, M.Phil, NET, SET, or CTET as per relevant government orders.
