General conditions from the notification
Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates advised for appointment in one district are not eligible for transfer to another district unless they complete five years of continuous service. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district in the same department are prohibited from applying again. Persons with Blindness/Low Vision are eligible for 3% appointment.
