Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Administration or Industrial Relations from a UGC recognized University or National Institute established by Central Government or Institution established by Kerala Government. • Master of Social Work (MSW) • LLB with specialization in Labour Law • Equivalent qualifications Experience Required: Five years of experience in the post of Welfare Officer/Personnel Manager/Industrial Relations Manager in Government/Quasi-Government/Public Sector/Recognized Private Institutions. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Probation period is two years of duty within a continuous period of three years. General conditions as per Part II of KS&SSR apply. Candidates must produce original documents when required by the Commission.
