Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Science Degree of a recognised University or its equivalent Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Height: 167 cms (160 cms for SC); Chest: 81 cms with 5 cms expansion (76 cms with 5 cms expansion for SC); Vision: Distant 6/6 Snellen, Near 0.5 Snellen (each eye, full field, no colour blindness/squint/morbid condition); Good physique free from defects like knock knee, flat foot, varicose veins, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular/protruding teeth, defective speech and hearing; Must qualify in 5 out of 8 events of National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce relevant Government Order.
