Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Blood Bank Technician Grade-II in Medical Education. Category No: 168/2022. Vacancies: 01 (One) - Scheduled Tribe only. Scale of Pay: 22200-48000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 22-06-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-41. Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible. (In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit, the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case the upper age limit shall exceed 50 years). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Pre-University / Pre-Degree course from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • (a) Successful completion of Medical Laboratory Technician Course conducted by the Medical Colleges in Kerala. • OR • (b) Successful completion of Class 3 and Class 2 Blood Transfusion Assistant Course conducted by the Army Medical Corps. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable for this post.

The rules regarding reservation for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes as per GO (P) No. 21/76/PD dated 17.01.1976, GO (P) No. 25/94/GAD dated 22.01.1994 and Rules 3(c), 17(a), and 17(b) of Part II of KS&SSR, 1958 are applicable.
