Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - LPS in Education. Category No: 164/2024 – 165/2024. Vacancies: District wise (Palakkad: 01 for OBC, 01 for Scheduled Tribe). Scale of Pay: ₹ 35600-75400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from the candidates belonging to OBC & Scheduled Tribe communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 17-07-2024 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala • A title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala • A Pass in Pre-degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the Calicut University • A pass in Plus two, Part III, Arabic (optional) course conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala with Arabic under Part I and Part II First Language • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent and any one of the following qualifications: (i) Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher), (ii) Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower), (iii) Arabic Teachers Examination, (iv) Arabic Entrance Examination of the Kerala/Calicut Universities • BA Arabic & Islamic History double main degree awarded or recognised by Universities in Kerala Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test-IV (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Exemptions for K-TET apply for those with CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed as per government orders.
