Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic language from a recognized university in Kerala • Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic from a recognized university in Kerala • Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) from Calicut University • Plus Two with Part III Arabic (Optional) from Higher Secondary Board, Kerala • SSLC with Arabic as First Language (Part I and II) from Kerala Government Examination Commissioner • SSLC or equivalent examination Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed Arabic Munshi (Higher) examination • Must have passed Arabic Munshi (Lower) examination • Must have passed Arabic Teachers examination • Must have passed Arabic Entrance examination conducted by Kerala or Calicut University • Must have passed Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET-IV) Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency orders/Government orders regarding qualifications must be produced at the time of verification.
